About Oliver Glynn Clements
Originally from Bury St. Edmunds, England, Oliver spent his childhood in Greenville, South Carolina with dad and step-mom, Glynn and Alyx, and summers in England with his mum, Lesley. After attending the University of South Carolina, Oliver spent several years living on Long Island before returning to Columbia in 2010. Oliver is a business programmer and enjoys photography, gardening, and making his own hot sauce.
About Kara Elizabeth Rose
Kara spent her childhood in Norwood, Massachusetts with parents Robert and Patricia, and brother Terence. She moved to Columbia, South Carolina in 2005 to attend the University of South Carolina. Kara recently received her master's degree and enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time with her dog, Percy.
About Us
Oliver and Kara met at an event at the Columbia Art Museum in the spring of 2013 and soon after began dating. While visiting the South Carolina coast in August 2014, Oliver proposed to Kara on the beach and she happily said yes! Currently living in West Columbia, Kara and Oliver enjoy walking the local trails, trying new recipes, and visiting the beach any time they can.
